Automatic tilt analysis ::

The Automatic Tilt Analysis Program is an implementation of tilt pair analysis (JMB 2003, JSB 2014) that is applicable to optimising orientation determination and map validation.

 

Update: the tilt analysis service is now implemented as a service run by the EMDB.
